We are family: Community feeling flows at festival

The “Loisaida Family” gathered in front of Casa Adela restaurant, at Avenue C and Fifth St., Sunday in honor of the 20th anniversary of the death of Bimbo Rivas, the famed Lower East Side poet, playwright and community activist.
